With a mobility all over Europe, Africa, and Asia, I support managers and their teams as an IS Interim Manager (as CIO, Domain or software Manager, Project or Program Manager, or PMO) contributing or leading their innovation, transformation and digitalization projects, especially in the context of mergers, reorganization or improvement of operational results.
According to the duties needs, James Consulting also allows me to collaborate with other freelancers from my network, up to the setting up of multidisciplinary organization.
